How do I register my customer account?

You can register your customer account from LOGIN HERE or our shopping website top right corner REGISTRATION link. Customer registration is for public registration. Customer have to agree our Customer Registration terms and condition and Our Privacy Policy before registring on Store City Online Shopping Portal. You can find customer terms and condition and privacy policy on shopping portal top or bottom links or customer can search our knowledge base page.

You can login to your customer account from Login Here or you can find login link on our shopping website top right links or sitemap. Here you can login securely to you account. Login to your account without Keep me login, login session will expire after inactive user activity on panel and you have to login again (High security) or Login to your account with Keep me login, login session will never expire while you have not logout manually from your account. You will keep always logged in whenever you come back on same browser (Less security).

Yes your login activity log by our portal only last 20 entry (Security Alert). You can check your login history on your customer account LOGIN HISTORY link which tells you whenever you have login or logout on storecity portal.

If you have forgot your login detail like login id or login password you can recover them at your end you have to go for FORGOT PASSWORD link from login panel then provide your registered email address. A recovery email will be sent on that mail address. Mail has a dynamic link, you have to click and update your new password and again login to your customer account with newly add password Thatsit.

Customer can have only one registration from their single email id / userid and user id cannot be change. Customer can make another registration form another email address. Different registration have different user data according to their shopping activity.

Their are various person which fraud with company. Preventing them to doing fraud we have to block their account and take legal action against them. More detail are available on customer terms and condition section.

No, Customer account means he is a customer which can purchase items on our portal. Seller account has another account registration. But Customer can sell their second hand / used item on our portal from their customer account that is free of cost service. If customer want to become a seller on our shopping portal he should have to register their firm as firm registration on Store City.
