How To Returns

Dear customer we are trying to serve you better and deliver you genuine products. Some time it may be deliver wrong product. Do not worry This is very easy, There is a short process of item return or refund case which you have to follow :-

  1. Check item return / refund terms & conditions and time limit before request. Physical damaged or Used Item can not be return or refund any how. Return item tag, accessories and all items should be with the delivery box.
  2. Place a return / replace request to related seller by call or email to him. Find Item's seller contact detail / email given with your order bill / invoice.
  3. He will accept the request and you have to give him your order detail - order no, item no, bill no, item qty, reason to return / replace order, Your refundable account detail - bank name, a/c no, a/c holder name, bank IFSCI code. Return charge apply if mentioned in item's terms and condition.
  4. If seller refuse or reject your request Please send us a complant email with your order detail and bill / invoice to our billing@hitechzone.in or hr.hitechzone@gmail.com. We would take action and try to solve your problem.

NOTE: In case of fraud detection We can block the user or take legal action against that user under consumer court or cyber crime.
